How to get it

It is drawn from the awakened boss gacha (First Sea), where it serves as the grand prize. This gacha has no location: the wheel appears on screen when the boss dies, see the Awakened Bosses page.

How to get in: the roll is not bought, it is earned. Beat an awakened boss while dealing at least 10% of its maximum health, and you get one free roll when it dies. Failing the pre-fight minigame does not cost you that roll. Awakened bosses appear every hour, and the Secret Master at Middle Town tells you which one.

The rest of the loot table, as the source has published it since 21 September 2026: 10,000, 20,000 or 50,000 Beli (three fixed prizes, not a range), a double EXP for 15 minutes boost that stacks with your regular EXP boosts, three Fruit Boxes each giving a random Blox Fruit (the green one with no exclusion at all, the blue one excluding Common rarity, the purple one excluding Common and Uncommon), and the four Common, Rare, Legendary and Mythical scrolls.

Two things to know about the wheel itself: it is purely cosmetic, your prize is already decided when it starts spinning, and the gacha has no cooldown at all. When the wheel passes over the Royal Nimbus tile, its border turns from blue to yellow.

Effects

Two passive, permanent effects. The source compares it to the Party Hat and the 50b Party Hat: those give +10% on both, plus health and energy that the Royal Nimbus does not provide.

Do not overrate it. The source ranks it among the low tier accessories despite how hard it is to get, the suggested reason being that it was built for First Sea play. If you are in the Third Sea, other accessories will serve you better. Over a long farming session, 8% EXP represents a real advantage, and it's particularly interesting since Update 30 pushed the level cap to 3000 via Island Secrets.

Remaining Details

Entry written on September 6, 2026, a few hours after its source page was created, updated on September 10, 2026, then on September 18, 2026 (Mastery bonus).

🕑 Source history, in plain words. Until 17 September 2026, its page only gave the Royal Nimbus +8% EXP. The +8% Mastery bonus was added that day, along with the Party Hat comparison, and was still standing eight hours later: this page follows it.

Since then the source has published the full gacha table, which got its own page on 21 September 2026 (see the Awakened Bosses page). This page used to announce a range of 20,000 to 60,000 Beli while stating further down a maximum of 50,000: both figures were out of date, the table gives three fixed prizes of 10,000, 20,000 and 50,000. That is now fixed.

Only one unknown remains: its drop rate, which the source still does not quantify.
