The Refined Musket no longer exists: this drop from the Magma Admiral was reworked into the 
Magma Blaster in Update 24. Back then, it was a solid weapon in confined spaces (house, cave), with good stun but a painful drop to obtain.
How to get it
No longer obtainable. It dropped (very low chance) from the Magma Admiral at 
Magma Village, in the 
First Sea. The same boss today drops its successor, the Magma Blaster.

Became the Magma Blaster
The weapon was reworked into Magma Blaster: same boss (Magma Admiral, Magma Village), but an entirely new kit focused on multi-target magma. Check the Magma Blaster page for the current version.

More of a curiosity in game history than anything else: decent for its time, never essential. If you farm the Magma Admiral today, it's the Magma Blaster you'll get.
