The Refined Flintlock no longer exists under this name: this improved version of the 
Flintlock was reworked into the 
Dual Flintlock. In its day, it was one of the best guns in the 
First Sea thanks to its reliable stun and minimal 
Mastery.
How to get it
No longer obtainable. It was purchased for 65,000 Beli from the 
Advanced Weapon Dealer at 
Marine Fortress (First Sea). It was replaced by the Dual Flintlock, sold at the same location and price.

Became the Dual Flintlock
Since its rework, the weapon is called Dual Flintlock: same vendor (Advanced Weapon Dealer, Marine Fortress), same price of 65,000 Beli, but with a modernized dual-pistol kit. Check its page for the current version.
Strengths and weaknesses
- Good stun on [Z], true combo potential
- Very affordable and easy to obtain at the time
- Minimal Mastery (40/80)
- One of the best gun options in the First Sea in its time
- Removed from the game: replaced by the Dual Flintlock
- Weak damage, especially once in the
Second Sea - Small area and hard-to-hit hitbox
Our take
A good period weapon for starting gun combos in the First Sea, now gone. Its replacement, the Dual Flintlock, does everything better: that's the one to buy.
