Citizen

How to get it

Where: near the Mansion, on the Floating Turtle (Third Sea). Requirements: minimum level 1800. Rewards: access to Instinct V2, plus the "Main Character" title via the Musketeer Hat.

The Quest

Accessible from level 1800 onwards (below that, the Citizen just says "The town is being attacked!"). It chains three objectives: - Forest Pirates: Eliminate 50 of them. Consider using the 2x XP code, as that's a nice chunk of experience on the side. - Captain Elephant: the boss to defeat. Server hopping is recommended to find him faster - the quest doesn't reset when you change servers. - Musketeer Hat: Retrieve the hat hidden behind the wall right across from the Mansion entrance, behind the three mushrooms. Break the wall or pass through it with Flash Step. Obtaining it also gives you the "Main Character" title.

The Citizen's quest is required to access Instinct V2 - he prepares a fruit bowl with the fruit you collected for the Hungry Man Quest.

Things to Know

• It's a unique quest (one-time), like the Colosseum Quest.
• Once the Musketeer Hat is returned, the Citizen thanks you and introduces himself as a renowned local chef, ready to help you.
