The Celestial Whirlpool was an event in the Celestial Domain, now removed from the game. These whirlpools appeared every 5 minutes and served a single purpose: fishing for Celestial Fish to sell for Celestial Tokens.

How to get it

Removed Content: Celestial Whirlpools appeared in the Celestial Domain every 5 minutes. You had to fish in them with the Shell (Celestial) Rod, a fishing rod that is now unobtainable, to catch Celestial Fish.

The difference between a Celestial Catfish and a normal fish.
