Consumable Recipes are recipes you fish from Notes in a Bottle. Each recipe permanently unlocks the crafting of a consumable at the 
Campfire - letting you produce your own elixirs in bulk.
How to get it
Only through fishing - recipes come from Notes in a Bottle, and nowhere else.

Fish Kebab - 
Lava Potion - 
Aggro Elixir - 
Loot Seeker - 
Berserkers Elixir - 
Fortune Elixir Crafting is then done at the Campfire.
