Refreshing Drink

How to get it

It is given, not sold: complete the Prickly Harvest quest of the Desert Merchant, in the Desert (First Sea).

1. Spend some time on the island, or server hop, until the quest's dialogue line shows up at the merchant.
2. Accept the quest and collect 10 Cactus Petals by hitting the cacti with M1s.
3. Bring them back to the Desert Merchant: he gives you the drink along with the secret's 5 secret levels.

What it does

What it does

The source sums up the effect as a small strength buff. Neither the value of that buff, nor its duration, nor what it exactly covers (damage, Melee stat, something else) is published yet.

Its in-game description, quoted by the source, mostly highlights the visual side: it gives a dizzy effect and makes the player bigger.

Visual effects

• The screen takes a pink tint.
• A spiral appears, off-center from the middle of the screen.
• Your character grows.

The Desert Merchant page describes the same thing differently: a "slightly larger character" and "nausea vision".
