The Holy Torch is the item from the Tushita Puzzle: it is used to light the five torches scattered around 
Floating Turtle to open access to 
Longma's chamber.
How to get it
It shows up during the Tushita Puzzle, on Floating Turtle (
Third Sea). The source page does not give the exact pickup spot, it only describes how the torch is used in the puzzle.
Three more are found in the 
Heaven Dimension and three in the 
Hell Dimension, this time during the 
Cursed Dual Katana Puzzle.
Things to know
- The torch disappears after 5 minutes or once the puzzle is completed
- You don't need to hold it in your hand to light the other torches
